A one-week Social Accountability training workshop took place from 13th to 17th November 2017 at Grace House Resort, Nairobi. Twenty-four participants drawn from Implementing Partners (IPs) took part in the training.  The purpose of the event was to contribute to IPs capacity to support engagement in governance processes at the county level. The workshop specifically focused on enhancing the IPs capacity to undertake social accountability in relation to the public finance management cycle and enhance the knowledge of IPs in using social accountability tools. This is in addition to enhancing their application skills on the use of social accountability tools in public finance management.
