Uraia Trust is seeking to recruit a dynamic
and result-oriented individual for the position of Gender Programme Manager on
a one-year contract engagement. Under the guidance and direct supervision of
the Head of Programmes, and in close coordination with the Executive Director,
the jobholder shall provide effective and efficient coordination of the Women
Voices Leadership Programme through a range of actions contributing to the
implementation, management and monitoring of programme activities in line with
