As our Gender and Inclusion Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our efforts to advance gender equality, social inclusion, and diversity within Uraia Trust and beyond. You will lead initiatives to mainstream gender perspectives, promote the rights of marginalized groups, and ensure that our programs are inclusive and accessible to all. This will involve the day to day management and capacity-building of Implementing Partners. The Gender and Inclusion Officer will also support Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) analysis, legal analysis, advocacy and strategy development within Uraia and its partner.
